Confirm E-mail Address

Hi ,

We are implementing E-recruitment Ehp5 system. When the external candidate register, he will get a mail for E-mail Confirmation for completing the registration process.

But when the candidate click on E-mail verification Link, The username and password  pop-up screen will be displayed as shown below. It will not accept the user name and password which he has given during registration page. So he is not able to go into External Cockpit page and complete the registration process.

Hi Harish,

Looks like you have not maintained the service user for SICF service 'verification' .Follow path

/default_host/sap/bc/erecruiting/verification to maintain it.

I have maintained Service user for SICF service 'Verification'. Now below screen is getting when I click on E-mail Verification Link.

The issue is resolved. solution is maintain the service user for relevant services.
