Configuring People Search in the Global Header to Show Inactive Users

Good Day Community

I have configured the People Search in the Global Header to Show Inactive Users, and assigned all the required permissions.

But the setting only appears on the Global header and not on the quickcard as it is on the picture.

Please assist.
