Configration of E-recruitment

Hi Experts,

I am New to HR and i Had Been Given a Task to Configure E-Rec For my Project.

So I just Wanted Know what all steps i should Follow to Configure E-Recruitment in Project ?

Hi all,

I had activated all the Business Functions Related To E-Rec in SFW5 and I  Had also activated all the Webdynpro applications in SICF.

Also I had Done Configuration In SPRO.

Now I want to Test My Configuration What Steps Should I Follow To Test Configuration ?

Agreed with previous post. Go step by step under E-recr node in Spro.

I wish i could give you the configu steps but its better to read help.sap.com and understand the concept and try to map it and configure and if you stuck someware in config steps kindly post it along with the screenshorts so that experts can help u in much better way.

Hi Ashish,

That's a pretty big task, especially for someone who is new to HR. Can you tell a little bit about which part of erec are you tasked with or the entire erec?, there is no bible for confir, but it would help if you can tell exactly what you are tasked with.

OK to the best of my knowledge i would suggest you to start going step by step under E-Recruitment link in SPRO. If your system is set up right most of the default configuration is included and based on what you need to configure you might have to tweak search templates, set up TREX, set up RFC connection if you are in non integrated environment, Set up entries in T77S0 table, set up ALE using BD64, set up posting channels, Customize activities and and not mention, set up services in SICF and set up service users. YOu would need functional knowledge of erec of HR system. I cant believe someone assigned this task to just a WebDynPro developer.

And as it is a new Process and i am working on ABAP-HR From Last 1 year ,  So i already have Knowledge of HR.
