Hi,
We have couple of leave types where we have conditional fields and it is mandatory (mandatory check is being done via take rule), due to product limitations these conditional fields are not displayed in SF mobile app and its like a deadlock for us to launch SF mobile app for users.
Business users are not ok to make this field visible for all leave types. Any other possible solution, like when user selects say Annual Leave this custom field is not visible.
Idea is to launch mobile app but this is holding us back.
Any suggestion
Thanks,
Sriram

Hi sriram_rajagopalan ,
As I said, it is planned in our near roadmap. We cannot commit on any timelines at the moment. For Mobile Time Off, it is planned for H2 2023 release(no commitments).
There is no other workaround than opening the web app from the mobile browser by entering the logon credentials every time.
Kind Regards,
Priyanka

Hi sriram_rajagopalan ,
We are aware of this limitation on conditional fields not supported on Mobile Time Off. This is in our roadmap and is planned for an upcoming release.
Until then, please use the responsive Web url to launch the Time Off web UI from Mobile.
Kind Regards,
Priyanka

Hi Priyanka,
Thanks for your prompt response. Is there any defined timeline in the roadmap which I can communicate to my client.
What do you mean by responsive Web url can this be launched from SF mobile app ? If you can share more information on this can explore further.
Since we are in the topic of custom fields in timeoff can I also check regarding custom fields in Timesheet - allowance object, since we have couple of custom fields in timesheet we are not able to launch timesheet from mobile app. Will this also be addressed in upcoming release(s). If yes is there any defined timeline.
Thanks,
Sriram
