We have a requirement where the customer would like to enable to concurrent employment in SF.
At the same time an interesting topic came up as to how the concurrent employment be leveraged to support a particular situation, where the Employee is on parental leave, and the Employee in parallel works part time whilst being on parental leave (legal right).
There are 2 scenarios to consider:
1. Employe can choose to come back after 1 year with limited employment (as a part time worker)
2. Employee can choose to come back after the end of full leave.
Q: how to incorporate this in the concurrent employment in SF so that the above scenarios can be covered exhaustively.
