I've have modified a book page from an 8.5 X 11 standard page to a pixel page of 1063 by 1375. My goal is to create full size images of the page using a Compound Document. How do I increase the book scalable to a whole page and how do I remove the titles of each book page?

Trial-and-error, really, as you're comparing pixels to inches... Reduce your margins to zero - Word will throw up a warning but it will accept it. I've managed to get my Book Pages 'full-page', so it can be done.

However, there is no way to suppress the Book Page Titles. (I have a Customer Influence Request to have this as an option in the Compound Document - go vote for it!) To save you the trouble, don't try setting the Heading style for this to Hidden in Word, as SAP Enable Now doesn't use those styles directly, so it won't work. You can change the Style to be hidden in the generated Word document before generating the PDF from that, but what I do instead is just generate the Compound Document as PDF, which if you have the Book Page image full-page, you will get the Title (only) on its own page - on all the Odd pages, assuming you ONLY have Book Pages in the Compound Document - and then you can just Select All Odd Pages and then Delete in Acrobat. Three clicks and you're done.

Update: 8.5 x 11 and 1063 x 1375 is effectively the same ratio (1 : 0.77) so you don't really need to update anything there. Leave the page as 8.5 x 11, set your margins to 0 all round, and use that template in your Documentation Settings and you should be good to go.
