Compound documents are generating forever in Producer

Hi guys,

I tried to generate compound document for a group that contains 8 simulations. The generation process happens forever. I deleted and reuploaded the simulations but this is the case.

Hi Mani,

There are many reasons why generating documentation might fail.  The best place to start to troubleshoot the issue is this KBA.  If, after checking the Javascript Console and running the Exe to determine if your laptop is setup correctly, you are still having issues, please raise a ticket using Component ID KM-SEN-PRO and get support involved.
