Compound Document Not Generating

I'm trying to generate a Word Compound document and it just won't even generate. My simulation documents are generated just fine, but not the compound document. I have several work areas and they work fine. I'm not sure what's wrong. I've checked all the settings and it seems like everything is the same. What would cause this to not work.

It doesn't seem to display at the end of the Book but it displays in the Open Folder section.

Hi Linda,

If you are successfully generating documentation at the Simulation level, but not Compound documents, I guess that the issue is related to your Compound Document settings. To troubleshoot this, I would:

1. Open Producer
2. Open the Resources > Documentation Settings area and take a look at the Compound Document settings
3. In particular, check which Word template is being used and go to the Resources > Adaptable Resources > Documentation Styles section and make sure that that template opens when you double click it

If there does not appear to be an issue with the Settings, try restarting your PC, just in case you have an issue with Word. If all that fails, raise a ticket using the Component ID KM-SEN-PRO so that someone from support can take a closer look.
