Compound document images not fully displaying

Over the past couple of days. we've had issues with compound documents. When creating a new compound document, some page screenshots are being cropped and only displaying in the top left corner of the image screen. I've attached a screenshot of the compound document in Word.

I've also noticed the preview of the page both in Producer and in Manager is also displaying the same issue. I've attached a screenshot.

As far as I am aware, no resources or settings have been changed.

Hi Vanessa,

There has been some weird behaviour in Producer and in content playback since the last release. There is a hotfix scheduled to be processed on weekend of 22nd January that may address this issue. If you want to try to address it before this coming weekend, try this:

1. Duplicate the entire Book and all child objects and use that content for the following test
2. Start editing the Book and all child objects
3. Select Workarea > Generate All Content
4. Generate Book Page Previews for the Subtree
5. If it worked, generate the compound document again. If that works, perform the same steps on the real content

This should regenerate the preview images and hopefully sort out whatever is causing the current issue with compound documentation. If it hasn't, just delete the duplicated content, it was only there for this test, and then raise a ticket using Component ID KM-SEN-PRO to get some advice on how best to proceed.
