Compliance forms - fields not populated ONB2.0

None of the fields on the Canada compliance form are getting auto populated.

Has anyone faced this issue.

The issue is with the PDF document? or the Actual Compliance Screens?

Thank you everyone for reviewing the question asked, I had not enabled Suffix and after enabling it, it worked.
