Completed Workflows DRTM Job - DRTM Workflow Purge

Hi community!

Do you know how long completed workflows (only approved and rejected) are stored in the system?

• When I test it I don`t see where is this configuration (like setting up 18 months) specifically for workflows.
• Another thing is, DRTM Workflow Purge is targeting for workflow in all status or is it possible to exclude the pending status ones?
• If the records are stored until the DRTM job is executed, are there rules on how long to store certain records in SF until they are deleted?

In the documentation of Data Retention Time Management section says the following:

"A DRTM purge request is a request type in the Data Retention Management tool that supports data retention time management (DRTM). When you use a DRTM purge request, it considers the retention time configured for each type of data and only purges data after the required retention time has passed.
To set up the data purge function with data retention time management, there are two steps:

1. Configure data retention times for each type of data, by country/region or legal entity and by user status.
2. Set up a recurring purge job for each type of data you need to purge.
