Completed Performance Reviews

Thoughts on the best way to file completed performance reviews onto each employee's profile? Possible to have them automatically get filed once completed as pdfs under the document center? If not, is an import of the pdfs once downloaded through "Archive & Print" the best method? Thanks in advance!  -KT

It is not possible to automatically create a PDF of the Performance Review that would be in someone's people profile.   Using Archive and Print would be the only way en masse to accomplish this (creating a people profile portlet with attachments, and importing), but this is not a standard feature, and would require creating a custom script (and services) to accomplish.

The bigger question of mine would be why the requirement in the first place.   If you have a Performance History Portlet, then the user has direct access to the completed performance reviews, and can create a PDF to output as needed that way.

Hey Sam! We have a Performance History portlet set up but the actual information from the form isn't transferring into it despite completion, only due date is on there.Do you happen to know if this configuration related or something we need to trigger on our end? Thanks in advance!

Hello tatiana529! I am willing to bet the source of your issue is that "Processes and Forms" is not configured properly, and/or associated to the People profile. Check out this KBA article for help. https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2877142.
