Complete Payroll Task - Rehired employees and Employees with multiple employee IDs

Hello!

we have set up the Complete Payroll Task tile and it works really well.

However, there are 2 scenarios where the employees are not showing up in the Tile after the successful replication from EC to ECP:

. Rehired employees - what configuration I might have missed? Rehired employees do not show in the Complete Payroll Tasks tile - is that expected behavior?

. Employees with multiple employee IDs - there are a few employees at my customer's organisation that require to 'exist' in the system twice because they work in 'concurrent' jobs but their enterprise agreements (pay scale structure) are not the same for these 'concurrent' jobs (concurrent employment is not enabled for the customer as the volumes for this scenario were low). For these employees, we do execute a Add New Hire and use an event reason that is linked to event Hire - these employees do not show in the Complete Payroll Task tile - is that expected behavior if an employee is replicated an in ECP you already have an employee with the same First Name / Last Name / DoB?
