Competencies on SAP Successfacotrs

can you guys help me with competencies,

I have been trying to add/modify competencies on SAP Successfactors.

I have saw that there is Competencies library, unfortunately I can't search / see that library.

You can import competencies by layout.

This information is critical to manage competencies as there is the risk to erase them by mistake and it is unrecoverable.
