Hi Experts ,
I have two questions
1.Difference between salary proration and Raise proration.
2.If any employee frequency is maintained as annually ,does it means he will be payed once a year?

Request clarification before answering.
1. Assume proration is 50%. In Salary Proration, a person with a salary of 100,000 would be treated as a salary of 50,000 and market ranges, compa-ratio etc would be adjusted to match. In Raise Proration, guidelines would be reduced to half their normal value. A guideline of 3-6% would be shown as 1.5-3% instead.
2. No. There are cultural differences worldwide in how people think about salary. Ask an American their salary and they might say "I make $75,000 a year" but a Colombian might say I make "15,000,000 a month". How often they get paid is different.
