Compensation - UDF Clean up File

HI Team ,

While we are try to import the UDF File into Compensation, we are facing the issue as "Exception is caught when converting PreDay1 user from old id XXXXXXX to new id XXXX.

May i know the reason why we are getting this issue.

Hi Muthu,

This could likely be caused because you are trying to convert their ID. Seeing as they are different lengths, is there leading 0's that need to be account for? For example, the ID is 0006548 but you have them as 6548 in the UDF. You can easily fix this by doing a custom format of 0000000 in excel before saving and importing the file.
