Dear Experts,
We have the compensation statement portlet configured inside a single section in the people profile, so the view permissions are controlled via RBPs.
All employees have permission to see the Compensation Statement portlet, with the "employee self" as the target population.
However, there are some employees without compensation statement document generated, and he question is if there is any way to have the compensation statement portlet view permission defined dynamically, based on the condition of the user has or not a document generated.
For example, if a user doesn't have a document, shouldn't see the portlet.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Joana Cruz

Hi Joana,
is the lack of a compensation statement for an employee a result of not getting any increases or lump sums in your salary review or is it because the employees in question are not part of the salary review process?
If we are talking about groups of employees (Uniquely identifiable by master data) that will not "ever" get a compensation statement, then you could build a different RBP role without the Compensation Statement portlet and assign this role to the employees. And, of course, exclude these employees from the "normal" RBP role to display the portlet. This does give you more admin work when updating the employee roles.
Hope this helps a bit
Kind regards
Kim 😉
