Hello Community,

We have a client requesting Compensation Statement integration with FileNet using SAP CPI.

Do you know if this is possible? And if not, could you suggest a workaround.

Best Regards,
Pavan

Hi @pavan0801

As long as you integrate your data with APIs from any source system to SAP SuccessFactors you can then leverage one of the three ways of creating statements below:

  1. Standard compensation module compensation statement: requires data shown on statements to be on Compensation module worksheets (comp worksheets can get data from EC or MDF objects)
  2. Custom compensation module compensation : same data restrictions than above but can create custom layout and customer branding.
  3. Document Generator (platform feature): data can be pulled directly from EC or MDF objects. Can be generated by employees themselves or mass generated by admins and sent by emails to employees.

All the best

Xavier

Hi @xavierlegarrec

Compensation statements, generated and accessible within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central under Compensation portlet, are available for all employees enrolled in a compensation plan. We want to transfer these statements from SAP SuccessFactors to FileNet using SAP Cloud Platform Integration.

We are currently unable to identify the backend entity associated with the compensation statements within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). Could you kindly provide guidance on how to fetch the compensation statements from SAP SuccessFactors EC. Could you kindly advise if there is any workaround solution to facilitate the integration from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to FileNet?

Thanks & Best Regards,
Pavan

@pavan0801 @Rajeswari1 I don't know the answer to this or if it is even feasible (I wouldn't be surprised if it isn't). I will ask my integration colleagues and would recommend you post in the platform/integration section of the community.
