There are 22 employees in the production system for whom the compensation information portlet data have been wiped out. This has occurred after the 1H 2023 release. Any idea how is release affecting this proces?
Thank you,

How did you check the cross entity rule design to know which business rule was causing this issue? we have a similar problem and your inputs will be helpful

Hi,
We have run into the same problem, only in cases where the termination requires an approval Workflow.
Is this an error?

Hi there,
We have identified the issue. SAP asked us to check cross entity rule design to understand which business rule was causing the issue and whether it needs to be adjusted or changed. We identified a business rule in our system which got affected. We had to tweak it to exclude the event termination from the rule, then turn on the feature-Enable Centralized Services to Save Changes on the Manager Self-Service UI for Termination Details from company system and logo settings,
It worked.
Hi xavierlegarrec ,
It seems that when turn off this feature-Enable Centralized Services to Save Changes on the Manager Self-Service UI for Termination Details from company system and logo settings, the process is working normal and I can see compensation data for term employees.
Should this feature interfere with the normal functioning irrespective whether it is turned on or off? If not, is it a bug then?
