compensation pay ranges not pulling from EC

hi There, please can somone urgently hep me,

compensation pay ranges are not pulling from EC, i have the 2 attrabutes selected geozone and legal entity but the pay range is still not pulling through.

the pay guide is also showing NA and the comp ratio and range penetration i showing NA.

What do i do to pull the pay range from EC

Please ensure that the sequence of attributes follows the sequence defined in corporate data Model.

Hello,

Make sure that under Template Settings, Use EC Salary Pay Matrix is selected. I usually recommend trying to also select the checkbox "Use annual pay guide when the exact frequency match is not found" as this usually will fix the N/A problem for me.

Also, ensure these values are working on the People Profile of your test users because this could be an issue on the EC side if they are not showing up there.
