Apart from taking a configuration workbook (to be found here: https://d.dam.sap.com/s/p/a/RuqetNz) or best practices workbook, you won't swiftly find this as it won't make sense.
Customers set their compensation structure (i.e. hourly rate vs. monthly vs. yearly, extra pay components to reduce / increase salary, factors that are outside of the system) and criteria (i.e. job code, pay grade, rating) in different ways, which means the mapping you do will nearly always be different. The easiest starting point is the workbook I've just shared (tab: Design Worksheet (Salary)), but if you are implementing the module it should for sure not be the end state as the mappings should be aligned to the way the customer manages and uses data.
