Compensation - Integrate Compensation Spreadsheet with SAP HCM without publishing to EC

Hi Guys,

I need to specify an integration of the compensation worksheet with SAP HCM "without publishing on EC". That is, after completing the compensation worksheet, send the salary changes to IT008 and IT015 of the SAP HCM "without publishing the data in the Employee Central".

Has any of you already developed this work or even know if it is possible? Do you have any documentation?

Unless you aim to create a report on that yearly and schedule that to an SFTP and process from there to HCM, I don't see a valid route there. The entire thing is built to send to SF so that SF can replicate to HCM (or another payroll system).

In the SAP link below, see that it actually talks about implementing Adhoc, but would it not have an API that would do this integration?

Ad hoc = table reports, so they seem to agree with me about how to process it if you really want to do it without publishing. They are referring to api for importing compensation data (into EC), which is like EmpCompensation / PayComponentRecurring, so thats not the comp module but those are EC tables.
