Compensation Eligibility EC Business Rules

Dear community!

I am currently facing some challenges with EC Compensation Eligibility Business rule and could use your expertise.

While selecting Basic rules, everything works fine. However, I have encountered an issue with Specific Scenario based BR (H1 2023 release), as it fails to update employees' eligibility as expected.

I wonder if someone else had similar issue and how you resolved it.

I haven't had a chance to create a scenario specific compensation eligibility rule yet as it just came out but it is strange they would return different results.

Could you please share a screenshot of both rules ?
