We are using the extra2 table to pre populate a % value for an additional increase. We have selected the option for the default value to display on custom field change.
Example
Forms launched and % assigned is 2.5%
After forms launch the custom field value is updated, instead of applying the new default value of 0%, the % changes based on the old $ amount, Is this expected system behaviour. How can we default the value to ensure the correct % is always applied?
