Hello Community,

I am configuring the color for Range pentration on the compensation worksheet according to this KBA: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2085256

The question is if I can also give a color for a range penetration that is <0?

I tried it by putting - value in xml but does not seem to work:

Many thanks!

Hello Anne,
whenever the Range Penetration falls below 0 you only get the value and no bar.
So you can give it any color you like, it will not show anything other than the value.

Best regards
Kim 😉

Hi Kim,

Thanks! Is there a way to create/enable a bar for values below 0?

Kind regards,
Anne

As stated, the bar doesn't appear for values less than 0 - the reason for this is that the bar is actually drawn as a percentage width of the cell. This means a range penetration (or compa-ratio) of 50% makes a bar that is half-way across the cell. Any value over 100% is capped at 100% and any less than 0% are capped at 0%. So there is a bar there, but it takes up 0% of the cell.

Please raise this as an idea on the customer community - I have had customers asking for that % thing to be removed as well!
