Can we create a custom field in the form that brings the amounts from Global Benefits?

Could you please be more specific about the procedure I should follow? In the object definition page, choosin for example Insurance Benefit Details, the external code cannot be changed from Auto number to User.

If externalCode isn't = User then it means it's a technical MDF used to populate benefits somewhere else for each user. I would work with a EC consultant on this one.

As long as you have the Global Benefits details in a custom MDF object with externalCode=User, you can pull it into Compensation (except for Variable Pay employee history which is not yet integrated with MDF objects).
