Compensation Access for a New Manager

Hello Community !

I have a user who has recently been promoted to a managerial position after the completion of last year’s compensation cycle. I would like them to have access to view the forms from the completed compensation cycle, similar to other managers with that capability through Field-based Permissions. Although the user has already been updated to reflect their new manager role in Employee Central, they still lack the necessary access.

hi @ImaneRi95 - Congratulations on the promotion! The most easiest way of accessing previous compensation cycles, data, etc would be through Executive Review along with using analytics. If these plans have FBP as you mentioned, update the dynamic permission group in action for all plans and ensure you are in the list/group. Getting access to the direct worksheets would require you to proxy as someone who was on the route map, which is why executive review may be the best option.
