Comparatio and Range Penetration Compensation

In a compensation form, comparatio or range penetration display inconsistent values.please find the attached comparatio.png

Hey,

This is likely because of the Salary Range for their corresponding positions. These two formulas take into consideration Salary Range Min, Mid, and Max. If these numbers are stored strange (such as in hourly amounts) vs. what the sheet is storing the salaries as (such as annual), you will get large amounts like you have shown.
