Company Exit Date for Rehires empty

Hello

we have a case that company Exit Date is empty, employee was terminated on 3rd of January, but he will join again the company on 20th of January.

Shall company Exit Date be empty because it is a future hire?

Or shall this be displayed because he was terminated?

Hi Dagmar,

If the user is a rehired employee his termination date will not show up on profile once the rehiring is complete.

You an use reporting on Employment Details fields to get the previous hire date and termination date values.
