Companion Guided Tour Duplicate Text Boxes

I have several hundred Companion Guided Tours (web assistant) I am cleaning up, and have a consistent problem with both those and those I create. After clicking the hot spot associated with a step, the tour advances as it should, but instead of going away, the text box floats to the middle of the screen and it is necessary to click Next within in to remove it and proceed. The same thing happens repeatedly. Suggestions? Thanks.

and the Automation options? I found a HELP reference to Tools > Automation, but I'm not seeing that menu item in Producer. Do I need to obtain access or go somewhere else?

It's probably because it is not finding the object it wants to point to on the newly-refreshed screen. You can try playing with the multipage / multipageTimeout parameters and see if that makes a difference...

Also make sure the Automation options are set correctly.
