We have an EC integrated system. We launched the forms. for 5000 employees Salary range, Compa Ratio & range Penetration not picking for few users in Compensation Worksheet.

We checked the Pay ranges as well but didnt find any issues. PFB is the screenshot capture-a.png

Some tips

1. Make all attributes used in the Compa ratio recalculation in Plan Setup Settings (Pay Grade then all attributes) visible and in order on your worksheet and compare them with the values in EC. Make sure there is no extra capital letter or space.

2. Make sure there is no conflict between the Job Info and Comp Info records and the effective date of your template.
