Hello All,
We're trying to look at what other companies are doing with this. Currently, if someone is working less than 100% then their ratio is not reflecting accurately. In combating this - we run a "fake" paycode of a fulltime salary equivalent which makes it look like the person is getting monies in order to correctly show the compa-ratio.
It would be interesting to see how others are doing this - especially since during the annual compensation review that managers are looking at this for making a choice of increase and we would want to reflect the correct compa ratio and not one that looks significantly less.
