COMP - To obtain Compensation Statement online

Hi All,

I have a query regarding Compensation Statement.

My client has a requirement where some of their non-management employee group does not have access to SuccessFactors. The HR team has asked if these employees can receive their compensation statements online, instead of the current manual process where HR prints and distributes the statements.

Is this possible? If so, could you please provide guidance on how to set this up so that non-management employees can access their compensation statements online?

Thanks and Best Regards.

Hi @farhanahSA

Could you define what you mean by online ?

If these employees were part of the Compensation planning (they each have a user but do not have access to SuccessFactors themselves) then you could maybe see about giving them access temporarily and only to the compensation portlet of Employee Profile ? that would be the easiest way I think.

If the above isn't an option then the only way of sharing a compensation statement with employees who do not have access to SuccessFactors is to go in as an Admin, create a statement group with only these employees, bulk print statements as single PDFs (exported in one zip file) then emailing it to them.

Based on a discussion on another thread there is currently no API that enables us to send comp module generated statements from their standard portlet of EP to another site.

All the best

Xavier

Hi Xavier, Thanks for your replies! 'Online' here means that these groups can receive their Comp Statement automatically, without HR having to generate and send it manually. It's more like an automated process where, once we publish it, they might receive it via email.

@farhanahSA Not possible then, my above suggestions from my first reply still apply.
