How can be launch Comp worksheet by writing rule on PM Form completion status.

Performance is employee-centric and Compensation is planner-centric.

I guess your requirement is : if an employee reports to a Compensation planner but doesn't have a performance form then don't add this employee to the worksheet.

I can think of 2 ways to do this :

1. Use a workaround like this (there is your exact case in a screenshot at the bottom) : https://blogs.sap.com/2022/05/27/how-to-use-performance-ratings-in-compensation-eligibility-rules/
2. Run adhoc report with a list, load it into an MDF with a field "Has a PM form : Yes/No" then use the MDF to drive eligibility
