Commissions API query

Hi Commissions experts, Need some help on PAYMENTS api , wherein while testing it for usage we see that it's not returning any response

API - https://{domainName}/api/v2/payments (

is this api still working or is it obsolete !)plss help with any alternate api to extract specific agent or broker payment information for given period or pipeline run date
