Hi everyone,
We are using the New Applicant Workbench and there is no warning message when closing a job requisition. How are you dealing with this limitation? Is there any workaround?
I appreciate any help with this.
Thanks,
Mariane

Hi @MarianeMelo ,
Potential Solutions to Address the Limitation of No Warning Message When Closing Job Requisitions in SuccessFactors Recruiting:
Customizing Notifications/Alerts in SAP SuccessFactors:
You can configure notifications or alerts through the Admin Center to remind users before they close a requisition. These alerts can be set to notify the hiring manager or recruiter, prompting them to confirm the action and review the requisition closure to avoid accidental submissions.
Custom Integrations or Enhancements in SuccessFactors:
With assistance from an Integration Consultant, you can create custom integrations or use SuccessFactors API and Extension Studio to trigger a confirmation prompt before closing a requisition. This approach involves more technical setup but offers a more tailored solution to fit your specific needs.
User Training & Best Practices:
If a technical solution isn't feasible, investing in user training and clear guidelines can help. Providing resources like checklists and detailed instructions on what needs to be checked before closing a requisition can significantly reduce the chances of mistakes.
Long-Term Solution:
For a more permanent fix, consider submitting a feature request to SAP via the SAP Influence Portal. If similar requests are received from other customers, SAP may consider adding a confirmation message or warning for closing requisitions in future product updates.
Hope this helps!!
Thanks,

karthick.
