Client has status not modifiable

Hi Experts,

When I execute report "RCF_CREATE_USER" or try to register external candidate in quality system. I am getting error message "Client has status not modifiable".

Kindly help me in this regard.

Switches TRSP ADMIN and TRSP CORR are set to 'X' on table T77S0?
