I have a Learning item with 3 future classes, but they are not showing in an order that does not makes any sense? They should display in date order but aren't nor are they displaying is Class ID order. Now all is set to the right time zone and date format (Australia)
They are showing in this order:
11/04/2025 (11 April)
23/09/2025 (23 Sept)
08/07/2025 (8 July)
Ideally they should be in date order with the most recent first and older ones in date order. So, April, July then Sept. Can any one help me understand how the order works? If there is a setting in LMS Admin or at class level? Thanks in advance, searching on SAP Help and Community hasn't yielded any solutions.

Hi
The class sorting in SAP SuccessFactors LMS may not always default to chronological order.
The order is typically influenced by system sorting logic, which can be based on Class ID, Offering ID, or a backend sorting mechanism.
To fix this, check these settings in LMS Admin:
1. Admin Center > Learning Administration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN – Look for sorting-related settings.
2. Class List View Configuration – Ensure sorting is set to Start Date (ascending or descending).
3. Reports & Queries – If using a custom report, verify the sorting logic in the query.
If sorting still appears incorrect, consider logging a case with SAP Support for further investigation.
