Class Start Time One hour early on Story Reports

We are experiencing an issue with the Class Start Time and Session Start Time displayed for a couple of classes showing as one hour earlier than the actual start time in a story report. All the Admins, instructors and report users have the same preferred time zone as listed on the class, and the class has View Times in the Class Time Zone set to yes.

Any ideas?

Hi David,

not sure if this helps, but we have a smilar case when uploading learning history data via the connector. The completion date is always one hour ahead of the time we enter in the connector file. I quess it depends on the location of the database / FTP server and probably also if the summer / winter time is used or not there.

I have not raised a ticket with SAP to confirm.
