Does customer have a choice to choose the public cloud vendor for SAP success factors and make a private connection to their existing SAP systems hosted in a public cloud such as AWS, Azure, and GCP?

If a customer runs their SAP landscape on a Cloud Service Provider (CSP) in RISE, can they select their success factor application to run on the same CSP as their SAP environment and use a private link to avoid the data travelling the internet ?
