Changing user name for recruiter

Hello,

we are searching for a possibility to change the user name for a recruiter in e-Recruiting.

For example: the user name should change from 'abc' to 'xyz'. The user will have the same personel number, but different e-mail adress.

All assignments and correlations to application groups, activities, questionnaires, process templates etc should remain the same.

Is there any possibility in SAP Standard to do this?

Hi Mihaela,

Unfortunatley, not. You would need to write a report which checks the database tables like activity tables (HRP5136 and so on) and change the user object from the old to the new one.

For support groups and teams there is an exit available in note 1554452.
