Hi alejandrafarfanpabon-1,

You can update the LoginMethod Column Value via Import Employee Data.

Please download the Import Job Report and validate if the User Data was uploaded successfully or Failed ( Go to Monitor Job > Download Status)

Also, note that if partial SSO is not enabled then for all the Users Login Method will show "SSO" in the Password Reset Page

Thank you.

Best Regards,

Naveen

Dear alejandrafarfanpabon-1,

When importing the file, did you click to "validate" before importing?

I am asking because this kind of issue is related to wrong Manager/HR ID assigned to the user, so when you validate the system brings you the error and you have the chance to correct and get your file imported correctly.

Thank you.

Dear alejandrafarfanpabon-1,

So I will understand that both IDs (Manager and HR) are correctly assigned to your user. Another aspect is if your instance is configured as partial SSO. If only SSO, you cannot change to PWD, even if you try.

Thank you.

Hi Karen,
I was checking an the partial Organization SSO is not enabled, For SAML-Based SSO is SAML V2 SSO
SAML Asserting parties (IdP) Azure SSO.
so I guess is not possible to change the login method via UDF import, do you know if it is any workaround to have some users using the PWD login method in this scenario?
