Changes to guidelines after Launching the forms

Hi Experts,

We added Guidelines after launching the forms, looks like it is not updated in Executive review and Inbox. We performed updated all worksheet job as well. Still it is not updated.

Is this expected behavior ? Do we need to update Guidelines before launching the forms to reflect in Inbox and Executive Review? It is direct mapping with Person ID.

In settings Enable Guideline Optimization Checkbox is already selected.

In my experience guideline values on forms can be updated, as long as :

• the attributes defined in the guideline (in this case PersonID - which by the way is a worst practice for system performance as per the explainations here) are set to reloadable
• the forms are not completed

What never updates however is the value in the standard merit field fed from the default column of the guideline.
