Changes made to a report: How to audit them?

Hi Everonye,

Is there an audit trail report which can be used to track changes performed on reports in SF? I.e. What report config was changed, or what columns were added/removed from a certain report; when and by whom.

Is there an out of the box solution for this, or is this something we should build as a custom one? If the latter, has anyone ever built a report like this to audit report config changes?
