Change Web Assistant content on Mass

Hi, I wanted to ask if there is any way to change a piece of Web Assistant Context Help on a field name that appears on multiple S/4 Tiles/Apps on mass, perhaps via Producer? Or do you have to do it manually on each App/Tile?

Thanks Dirk, So if I have a field: Company Code on App X and I make an edit to the standard context help I will have to manually edit all other instances of the field name on any other App?

Hi David,

correct, there is no search & replace in the Producer or Manager at this point. This would be a great feature request: Influence Portal

What you could do is export the translation files for these context help objects and use Word search & replace, then import them back in. You can export/import a whole tree of them at a time in one file, it should be faster than doing it manually.

Unfortunately, there's no built-in bulk find/replace feature in SAP Enable Now - in Producer or elsewhere.
