Change visibility of budget option in compensation

Hi all,

I just wanted to make sure if what I am thinking is not possible?

I'm curious if it's possible to modify the permissions of the budget option in the executive review of compensation. So, for example, that the budget would only be visible for the HRBP?

Budget visibility can be achieved but it is done through FBP permission on the column(s) defined for Spend in the way the budget settings (budget on)

So in this case it might not be possible unless two different budgets are created (one in edit and one in read-only).

It is seen that this method to control budget visibility using FBP is not working in Variable Pay tab. Please confirm if this understanding is correct.
