My client has the Mexican vacation law, in this law they generate 15 days of vacation during the hiring year that they can not use until the end of the year, from then on, they have a year and a half to enjoy them. Our central employee instance until now was generating 15 days directly each time the new year arrived, but now they want us to change the system, and instead of generating the 15 days at once in the account, they will be generated month by month on a prorated basis (15/12=1.2 days generated per month).
Is it possible to change the account system to keep the vacations already generated to date, but in a prorated and correct way, and also to change the vacation system by adding the vacations already generated in the account plus the sum of the new ones?
