Change Password Pop-up Keep Showing Up for Candidate Applications

Hi Experts,

Recently I am testing the behavior of the standard scenarios for external candidate especially for the request for alternate password and change password scenarios. So I followed this wiki https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPHCM/Forgotten+Password+link+and+assigning+role+to+WF-BATCH+..., tested in the client DEV and the results were successfully at first. Now I ask the same configuration to be done in QAS client for end user testing.

But after testing for a while, the change password pop-up have been appearing for these applications:

hrrcf_a_reg_applwzd_unreg - After I entered the username, password, email address and click the Register and Apply button in hrrcf_a_applwizard application, I get this screen.

I already deleted saved cached, password in the history settings of the browser as I thought this is caused by previous logons in the browser. But I still get the same results.I haven't tried the other scenarios for candidates if the results are the same but I think most if not all of the applications for the candidate will output the same result.

Hello Ryan,

looks like an issue with the session handling. Please check if the system parameters login/create_sso2_ticket and login/accept_sso2_ticket are set in QAS the same like in DEV.
