Change Letter Section(Simple correspondence activity) - Rejection

Hi,

We are on EHP7  with ERECRUIT 617 support pack 0005, we are facing an issue with rejection activity mail text.

We have copied standard smart form, text module and maintained in the configuration, we are able to see the smartform text that we have maintained in the rejection activity, but when we try to change the default text using "Change letter section" the text we entered is over-written by text from the smart form.

Please let us know what is missing with this piece, thanks in advance.

I figured it out.. we need to change the document category from 1 to 4 and then need to change the smartform to add the THEAD import parameter along with its code(which is same as EXA_IT).
