CC users not receiving the correct email

Hello Team,

Good day!

I just want to ask why am I receiving the wrong email template as CC?

Instead of the e-wallet number cc email confirmation, I am getting the EC_Submit_Request which is for the approver?

Is there something wrong with my configuration?

Hi Gelo, 

Did you check 'Manage Workflow Email Configuration'? There you can decide which role in the workflow receives a standard or custom notification.
